Repro APP-01: file hashes

Evidence for: "supabaseUrl is required." and a blank white page after deploying your Lovable or Bolt app.

These are the scripts and logs from our own test run. The files come with the repro bundle ($9 at launch). We publish the list and every SHA-256 hash now, so you (or your agent) can check that a bundle matches exactly what we ran. Machine-readable: index.json. Nightly CI re-runs are planned, not running yet.
