Repro APP-13: file hashes

Evidence for: "Module not found: Can't resolve './components/header'" on Vercel or Netlify, but it builds on your computer.

These are the scripts and logs from our own test run. The files come with the repro bundle ($9 at launch). We publish the list and every SHA-256 hash now, so you (or your agent) can check that a bundle matches exactly what we ran. Machine-readable: index.json. Nightly CI re-runs are planned, not running yet.
