Repro APP-16: file hashes

Evidence for: Your app runs fine with npm run dev, but the deploy fails with TypeScript errors.

These are the scripts and logs from our own test run. The files come with the repro bundle ($9 at launch). We publish the list and every SHA-256 hash now, so you (or your agent) can check that a bundle matches exactly what we ran. Machine-readable: index.json. Nightly CI re-runs are planned, not running yet.
