Repro APP-19: file hashes

Evidence for: Stripe webhook: "No signatures found matching the expected signature for payload".

These are the scripts and logs from our own test run. The files come with the repro bundle ($9 at launch). We publish the list and every SHA-256 hash now, so you (or your agent) can check that a bundle matches exactly what we ran. Machine-readable: index.json. Nightly CI re-runs are planned, not running yet.
